Anlässlich der ISS Messe 2023 haben wir nach guter Tradition wieder einen Leistungswettbewerb durchgeführt und Schuhe aus aller Welt erhalten. Aus genau 16 Ländern  kamen Schuhe zu uns, um sich beim Wettbewerb zu messen:

Bedingungen für Teilnehmer aus Europa
Internationaler Leistungswettbewerb des Schuhmacherhandwerks 2023
Ausrichter: Zentralverband des Deutschen Schuhmacher-Handwerks (ZDS)

 

Zweck und Ziel des Leistungswettbewerbs
Der fachliche Leistungsstand des Berufsstandes der Schuhmacherinnen und Schuhmacher soll eindrucksvoll demonstriert werden, um für alle Erzeugnisse und Dienstleistungen des Handwerks zu werben. Das Image des Schuhmacherhandwerks ist zu festigen und weiter auszubauen. Die Fertigung von hochwertigen, individuellen Maßschuhen nach dem neuesten Stand handwerklichen Könnens ist nachzuweisen. Reparaturarbeiten sind als handwerkliche Qualitätsleistungen zu erbringen.

Teilnehmerkreis
Teilnahmeberechtigt am Leistungswettbewerb sind alle Schuhmacher/ innen aus Europa. Für Teilnehmer von außerhalb Europas gelten besondere Bestimmungen auf Anfrage beim Zentralverband (ZDS).
 

Wettbewerbsgruppen
Der Leistungswettbewerb gliedert sich in zwei Wettbewerbsgruppen:

 

1) Maßschuhe für Damen und Herren
Die Wettbewerbs-/ Teilnahmestücke müssen selbst gefertigt und dürfen zu keinem früheren Leistungswettbewerb eingeschickt worden sein. Die Maßschuhe müssen tragbar sein. Damenschuhe sind in den Größen 36 – 40, Herrenschuhe in den Größen 41 – 45 einzureichen. Bei der Bewertung der Maßschuhe durch die Jury können maximal 100 Punkte erzielt werden, die sich aus der Beurteilung der folgenden Einzelkriterien ergeben:

Schaft/ Kappe/ Zwicken
Boden/ Absatz/ Aufsohlen
Schleifen/ Ausputz
Optik/ Ästhetik

 

Die erreichte Gesamtpunktzahl ist ausschlaggebend für die Prämierung. Es ist zu beachten, dass Optik und Ästhetik in die Bewertung zwar einfließen, die handwerkliche Leistung im Sinne des Wettbewerbs aber stets im Vordergrund steht.
Jeder Teilnehmer kann sich mit maximal 4 Paar Maßschuhen (2 x Damen, 2 x Herren) am Wettbewerb beteiligen.

 

2) Reparaturarbeiten
Für diese Gruppe dürfen nur Reparaturen an getragenen Schuhen eingesandt werden. Bei jedem eingereichten Paar muss 1 Schuh komplett repariert (Sohle, Absatz) und der 2. Schuh unrepariert sein. Die Wettbewerbs-/ Teilnahmestücke dürfen zu keinem früheren
Leistungswettbewerb eingeschickt worden sein. Bei der Bewertung der Reparaturen durch die Jury können maximal 100 Punkte erzielt werden, die sich aus der Beurteilung der folgenden Einzelkriterien ergeben:
Sohle/ Absatz/ Schleifen/ Ausputz

 

Jeder Teilnehmer kann sich mit maximal 2 Paar Reparaturschuhen am Wettbewerb beteiligen.

 

3.) verrücktester Schuh Deutschlands

Hier gibt es keine Regeln und Sie können alle interessanten Schuhe einsenden.

 

Zulassung
Über die Zulassung der Wettbewerbs- und Teilnahmestücke entscheidet die Jury. Diese Entscheidung ist endgültig und nicht anfechtbar. Der Teilnehmer erklärt auf dem Anmeldeformular, dass die eingesandten Wettbewerbsstücke bisher noch an keinem Leistungswettbewerb ähnlicher Form teilgenommen haben. Ausgenommen davon sind lediglich Wettbewerbsstücke, mit denen am deutschen PLW der Handwerksjugend und/ oder ähnlichen Jugendwettbewerben in Europa teilgenommen wurde.
Die eingesandten Wettbewerbsstücke/ Teilnahmestücke müssen von den Teilnehmern selbst hergestellt sein. Dies ist bei der  Anmeldung zu bestätigen.

 

Die Anmeldung muss spätestens bis zum 01. Februar 2023 (Zusendung als Brief, Fax, PDF-Datei per Mail oder über unsere Homepage) beim Zentralverband des Deutschen Schuhmacher-Handwerks (ZDS),Bitterfelder Str. 7-9, D – 04219 Leipzig, eingegangen sein.


Teilnahmekosten
Zur Deckung der Kosten (Organisation, Jury, Transport, Ausstellung, Versicherung, Medaillen und Urkunden) sind folgende Gebühren durch die Teilnehmer zu zahlen:


Gruppe „Maßschuhe“
(pro Paar) €uro 59,00 (Ausland + € 22,00 für Rücksendung)

 

Gruppe „Reparaturarbeiten“
(pro Paar) €uro 49,00 (Ausland + € 22,00 für Rücksendung)

 

Gruppe "verrücktester Schuh" (kostenfrei im Inland, Ausland € 22,00 für Rücksendung)

 

Werden aus dem Ausland mehr als 1 Paar Schuhe eingereicht, dann ist die Gebühr für deren Rücksendung in Höhe von € 22,00 nur 1 x zahlbar.
Die Zahlung der Teilnahmekosten hat bis spätestens 15. Februar 2023 auf folgendes Konto
des Zentralverbandes des Deutschen Schuhmacher-Handwerks (ZDS) zu erfolgen:

Wettbewerbsstücke, für die die Kosten nicht rechtzeitig bezahlt sind, werden von der Teilnahme am Wettbewerb ausgeschlossen.

 

Einsendung der Wettbewerbsstücke
Die Bestätigung der Teilnahme, die Sie von uns bekommen ist bei der Zusendung den Wettbewerbsstücken beizulegen.


WICHTIG:
Die Wettbewerbsstücke sind freigemacht so abzusenden, dass sie bis spätestens 1. März 2023 an der Sammelstelle eintreffen:

 

Die Adresse der Sammelstelle wird mit der Teilnahmebestätigung mitgeteilt.


Die Rücksendung der Wettbewerbsstücke erfolgt als Postpaket nach Beendigung der Schuhmacher-Fachausstellung „Inter-Schuh-Service ISS 2023“.


Jury
Die Bewertung der eingesandten Wettbewerbsstücke und die Auswahl der Teilnahmestücke erfolgt durch eine Fach-Jury, die der Zentralverband des Deutschen Schuhmacher-Handwerks (ZDS) einberuft. Die Bewertung bzw. Auswahl der Teilnahmestücke durch die Jury erfolgt nach einem Punktesystem. Die Entscheidung der Jury ist unanfechtbar. Mitglieder der Jury dürfen am Leistungswettbewerb nicht teilnehmen.


Prämierung
In den Gruppen „Maßschuhe“ und „Reparaturarbeiten“ wird mit Gold-, Silber- und Bronze-Medaillen prämiert, zu denen eine Urkunde ausgegeben wird. Für nicht mit Medaillen prämierte, aber anerkennungswürdige Wettbewerbsstücke erhält der Einsender eine
Teilnahme-Urkunde.


Ausstellung
Alle Wettbewerbsstücke, soweit sie prämiert oder von der Jury als ausstellungswürdig befunden wurden, werden bei der Internationalen Schuhmacher-Fachausstellung „Inter-Schuh-Service ISS 2023“ am 10. und 11. Juni 2023 in Wiesbaden ausgestellt.

Die Teilnehmer sind verpflichtet, die eingesandten Wettbewerbs-/ Teilnahmestücke bis zum offiziellen Schluss der Ausstellung zur Verfügung der Ausstellungsleitung zu halten.


Versicherung
Für die Zeit der Verfügungsgewalt durch den Ausrichter, die Jury und den Aussteller sind die Wettbewerbs-/ Teilnahmestücke gegen Verlust und Beschädigung versichert. Bei Maßschuhen beträgt der Versicherungswert € 750,00 pro Paar. Schuhe mit Reparaturarbeiten werden zum Zeitwert, höchstens aber mit € 125,00 pro Paar eingestuft. Letzte Entscheidungsinstanz ist die Jury. Der Rechtsweg ist ausgeschlossen.

Purpose and aim of the competition on the merits
The technical performance level of the shoemaker profession should be impressively demonstrated to advertise all goods or services of the trade. The image of the shoemaker trade must be established and expanded further. The manufacture of high-quality, custom-made shoes according to cutting edge craftsmanship must be demonstrated. Repair work must be
provided as handicraft quality services.

Group of participants
Participation at the competition on the merits is open to shoemakers from Europe. For participants from outside Europe, special conditions apply on request to the Central Association (ZDS).

 

Competition groups
The competition on the merits is divided into two competition groups:
1) Custom-made shoes for ladies and gentlemen
The competition/ participation items must be made by the participants themselves and must not have been sent to any previous competition on the merits. The custom-made shoes must be wearable. Women's shoes must be submitted in sizes 36 - 40,
men's shoes in sizes 41 - 45. In the evaluation of the custom-made shoes by the jury, a maximum of 100 points can be achieved, resulting from the evaluation of the following individual criteria:
Shaft/ Cap/ Lasting
Base/ Heel/ Up-soles
Sanding/ Cleaning and dressing
Optics/ aesthetics


The total score obtained is crucial for the award (see page 4). It is important to note that optics and aesthetics are an essential part of the evaluation, but craftsmanship is always in the foreground for the purpose of the competition. Each participant may participate in the competition with a maximum of 4 pairs of custommade shoes (2 x Women's, 2 x Men's).


2) Repair work
For this group, only repairs at worn shoes may be sent. For each pair submitted, 1 shoe must be completely repaired (sole, heel) and the second shoe must not be repaired. The competition / participation items must not have been sent to any previous competition on the merits. In the evaluation of the repairs by the jury, a maximum of 100 points can be achieved, resulting from the evaluation of the following individual criteria:
Sole/ Heel/ Sanding/ Cleaning and dressing


Each participant may participate in the competition with a maximum of 2 pairs of repair shoes.

 

3.) craziest shoe in Germany
There are no rules here and you can send in any interesting shoes.


Admission
The jury decides on the admission of the competition and participation items. This decision is final and not disputable.
The participant agrees on the registration form that the submitted competition items have not yet participated in any competition in merits of similar kind. Excluded therefrom shall be solely competing items that participated at the German PLW of young craftsmen and/ or similar youth competitions in Europe. The submitted competition/ participation items must be made by the participants
themselves. This must be confirmed on the registration form.

 

Registration
The registration of competition/ participation items for the competition on the merits must be made in duplicate on application forms attached to these conditions of participation. The registration must be received the latest by 01th February 2023 (sending only as letter, fax, PDF file by mail or over our homepage) at the Zentralverband des

Participation costs
To cover the costs (organization, jury, transportation, exhibition, insurance, medals and certificates) the following fees shall be paid by the participants:


"Custom-made shoes" group (per pair) €uro 59.00 (from abroad + € 22.00 for return)

 

"Repair work" group (per pair) €uro 49.00 (from abroad + € 22.00 for return)

 

Group "craziest shoe" (free of charge within Germany, abroad € 22.00 for return)

 

Should more than 1 pair of shoes be submitted from abroad, then a fee of € 22.00 is payable only once for their return.

Competition items, for which the costs have not been paid on time, will be excluded from participating to the competition.

 

Sending the competition items

The confirmation of participation you receive from us must be enclosed with the competition pieces.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Competition items must be sent post-paid so that they reach the latest until, 1th March 2023 at the collecting point:

The collecting point address shall be notified upon confirmation of participation. Competition items shall be returned after the end of "Inter-Schuh-Service ISS 2023" Shoemaker's trade exhibition.

 

Jury
The awarding of the submitted competition items and the selection of participation items shall be made by a jury of experts convened by the Central Association of the German Shoemakers' Trade (ZDS). The evaluation and selection of participation items by the jury is based on a point system. The decision of the jury is final. Jury members may not participate in the competition on the merits.

 

Awarding
In the groups "custom-made shoes" and "repair works" gold, silver and bronze medals shall be awarded accompanied by a certificate. For competition items not awarded with medals but worthy of recognition the sender shall receive a participation certificate.

 

Display

All competition items, provided they have been awarded or have been found by the jury as worthy of display, shall be displayed at the "Inter-Schuh-Service ISS 2023" International Shoemaker's trade exhibition on 10rd and 11th june 2023 in Wiesbaden. Participants are required to keep the submitted competition/ participation items available to the show organizers until the official closing of the exhibition.


Insurance
Competition/ participation items are insured throughout the period of disposal by the organizers, the jury and the exhibitor against loss and damage. For custom-made shoes theinsurance value is € 750.00 per pair. Shoes with repair work shall be classified at fair value, but not exceeding € 125.00 per pair. The jury is the final arbiter. All decisions are final.

But et objectif du concours de performance
Le niveau professionnel de performance de la profession de cordonnier doit être démontré de manière impressionnante afin de promouvoir tous les produits et services de l'artisanat. L'image du métier de cordonnier est à consolider et à élargir. La production de chaussures sur mesure de haute qualité selon les dernières avancées technologiques peut être démontrée. Les travaux de réparation doivent être effectués dans le cadre d'un travail de qualité.

Les participants
Tous les cordonniers d'Europe sont éligibles pour participer au concours de performance. Pour les participants non européens, des dispositions spéciales s'appliquent sur demande à l'Association centrale (ZDS).

Groupes de compétition
Le concours de performance est divisé en deux groupes de compétition:


1) Chaussures sur mesure pour hommes et femmes
Les pièces de compétition / participation doivent être fabriquées en interne et ne doivent avoir été envoyées à aucune compétition de performance antérieure. Les chaussures sur mesure doivent être portables. Les chaussures pour femmes doivent être présentées dans les tailles 36 à 40, les chaussures pour hommes dans les tailles 41 à 45. Lors du jugement des chaussures sur mesure par le jury, un maximum de 100 points peut être atteint, qui résulte de l'évaluation des critères individuels suivants:

Arbre / capuchon / pincement
Sol / talon / semelle
Ponçage / plâtrage
Optique / esthétique

 

Le nombre total de points obtenus est décisif pour l'attribution. Il est à noter que l'optique et l'esthétique sont incluses dans l'évaluation, mais la performance manuelle en termes de compétition est toujours au premier plan.
Chaque participant peut participer au concours avec un maximum de 4 paires de chaussures sur mesure (2 x femmes, 2 x hommes).


2) travaux de réparation
Seules les réparations de chaussures usées peuvent être envoyées pour ce groupe. Pour chaque paire soumise, 1 chaussure doit être entièrement réparée (semelle, talon) et la deuxième chaussure doit être non réparée. Les pièces du concours / participation ne peuvent pas aller à un
Compétition de performance. Lors de l'évaluation des réparations par le jury, un maximum de 100 points peut être atteint, qui résulte de l'évaluation des critères individuels suivants:
Semelle / talon / ponçage / plâtrage


Chaque participant peut participer à la compétition avec un maximum de 2 paires de chaussures de réparation.

 

3.) la chaussure la plus folle d'Allemagne

Il n'y a pas de règles ici et vous pouvez envoyer toutes les chaussures intéressantes.

 

Admission
Le jury décide de l'admission du concours et des pièces de participation. Cette décision est définitive et sans appel. Le participant explique sur le formulaire d'inscription que les pièces du concours soumises n'ont pas encore participé à un concours de performance de forme similaire. Les seules exceptions sont les concours auxquels ont participé le PLW allemand de jeunes artisans et / ou des concours de jeunes similaires en Europe.
Les pièces de concours / pièces de participation soumises doivent être fabriquées par les participants eux-mêmes. Cela doit être confirmé lors de l'inscription.


L'inscription doit être reçue au plus tard le 1er février 2023 (envoyé sous forme de lettre, fax, fichier PDF par e-mail ou via notre site Internet) à l'Association centrale de l'artisanat allemand du cordonnier (ZDS), Bitterfelder Str.7-9, D - 04219 Leipzig, reçu.


Frais de participation
Pour couvrir les frais (organisation, jury, transport, exposition, assurance, médailles et certificats), les frais suivants doivent être payés par les participants:

 

Groupe de chaussures sur mesure
(la paire) € uro 59,00 (à l'étranger + 22,00 € pour les retours)


Groupe de travail de réparation
(la paire) € uro 49,00 (à l'étranger + 22,00 € pour les retours)

 

Groupe "chaussure la plus folle" (gratuit en Allemagne, à l'étranger 22,00 € pour le retour)


Si plus d'une paire de chaussures est envoyée depuis l'étranger, les frais de retour d'un montant de 22,00 € ne sont payables qu'une seule fois.
Le paiement des frais de participation a jusqu'au 15 février 2023 au compte suivant

Les pièces du concours dont les frais ne sont pas payés à temps seront exclues de la participation au concours.

 

Soumission des pièces du concours
La confirmation de participation que vous recevez de notre part doit être jointe aux pièces du concours.


IMPORTANT:
Les pièces du concours peuvent être envoyées gratuitement afin qu'elles arrivent au point de collecte au plus tard le 1er mars 2023:


L'adresse du point de collecte sera communiquée avec la confirmation de participation.


Les articles du concours seront renvoyés sous forme de colis postal après la fin du salon du cordonnier "Inter-Schuh-Service ISS 2023".


jury
Un jury spécialisé, réuni par l'Association centrale de l'artisanat allemand du cordonnier (ZDS), évaluera les pièces du concours soumises et sélectionnera les pièces à soumettre. Le jury évalue et sélectionne les pièces de participation selon un système de points. La décision du jury est définitive. Les membres du jury ne sont pas autorisés à participer au concours de performance.

Prix
Dans les groupes "chaussures sur mesure" et "travaux de réparation", des médailles d'or, d'argent et de bronze sont décernées, pour lesquelles un certificat est délivré. Le candidat reçoit un pour les pièces du concours qui n'ont pas reçu de médailles mais qui méritent d'être reconnues
Certificat de participation.


exposition
Toutes les pièces du concours, dans la mesure où elles ont reçu un prix ou ont été jugées dignes d'être exposées par le jury, seront exposées à l'exposition internationale des cordonniers «Inter-Schuh-Service ISS 2023» les 10 et 11 juin 2023 à Wiesbaden.

Les participants sont tenus de garder les pièces de concours / participation soumises à la disposition de la direction de l'exposition jusqu'à la fin officielle de l'exposition.


Assurance
Les pièces du concours / participation sont assurées contre la perte et les dommages pour le temps mis à la disposition de l'organisateur, du jury et de l'exposant. Pour les chaussures sur mesure, la valeur d'assurance est de 750,00 € par paire. Les chaussures avec travaux de réparation sont classées à leur valeur actuelle, mais à un maximum de 125,00 € par paire. L'organe décisionnel final est le jury. La décision du juge est finale.
